Frazier's Team has nearly 400 years of experience in Senior Management and Key Supervision.  Over the last number of years, we have also spent significant effort in cross training employees.  We believe this level of experience and varied skill sets provide our Customers with a resourceful, responsive and competitive supply partner.  We are here to help you solve your sourcing issues, whether they involve domestic or reshoring requirements.

Edward Frazier

Vice President
Edward is the 3rd generation Frazier to manage the foundry. After college, he joined the company in 1993 and worked his way up through virtually every department.

Lee Ann Ewing

Secretary/Treasurer
Lee Ann joined Frazier in 1978 as assistant to the President. While working through logistics, payroll, A/R and A/P, she was promoted to Secretary/Treasurer in 2000.

Kim Bailey

Customer Service Manager
Kim joined Frazier in 1984 and has worked in purchasing, supply, A/P and HR. Since 2007 she has been coordinating with Customers, scheduling, shipping, invoicing and sales.

Rosa Samaniego

Logistics
Rosa joined Frazier in 2003 as a receptionist. After working in HR, she became our Logistics Manager. She also helps with translations so ISO documents and procedures are dual language.

Dennis Clark

Sales Manager
Dennis began his foundry career in 1980 working in inventory control, scheduling & systems development. He transitioned into sales in 1989 and joined Frazier in 2012.

Justin Sharp

Sales
Justin joined Frazier in 2012 beginning his career in Production. After transitioning through HR and Safety, Justin is now focused on Sales.

Tom Braun

QA Manager
Tom began his career in 1980 and has worked in aerospace, investment and sand casting foundries. He is a 3rd generation foundryman.

Brian Parsons

Tooling Engineer
Brian began his career as a pattern maker in 1984. After joining Frazier, Brian worked in the pattern shop and in production before transitioning to Tooling Engineer in 2023.
